This methadone clinic saved my life . All of the staff members are amazing people. They are very nice , respectful ,and understanding . Their service is fast and professional. I truly recommend this facility to whoever is serious about changing their life. My counselor Jeff Boots has become one of the most supportive individuals in my recovery. He is definitely a blessing and a strong Christian who I'm truly thankful for .I'd definitely give this place 20 stars☆ of I could.

I am so glad i am a part of this sobriety group. My counselor Clark is amazing and I genuinely want to thank everyone that works at Western Pacific Medical Center for always being patient and helping me get through this. This place has saved my life. I really recommend if you are trying to get away from taking pills and doing heroin you go here at least you won't be sick and it might actually work. Peace.

This place and the awesome people who work here, especially Alan, really saved my life! I was on a bad road to nowhere, totally desperate and practically hopeless. I called this place filled with doubt and uncertainty, and felt that any help for me would be a long shot! I really thought the situation I got myself into was beyond help. However, I called anyway and spoke with Noelani (the receptionist), who REALLY heard me out and then seeing I was so desperate, she transferred me to Alan, the Director. I was shocked at how much the people here actually CARE about the patients. Alan and I spoke on the phone for a long time and he explained the whole process. How to get medi-cal approval and authorization for treatment, how their waiting list is handled, and how the clinic works. It was a miracle that after our conversation, I was so motivated and hopeful, that I got busy getting the whole process done. It was a miracle and I was actually able to start there within 24-48 hours. I have been here since 2014 and will very much miss everyone who have helped me when I move on. (Alan, Kim, Jerry, Pat, Sarah, Nicole, Clark, Gina and Doc) Thank you so much Western Pacific.

Very hard to get an appointment there as now only referral sites do there recruiting for them. And they don't have a referral service which needs be paid. Once accepted they are ver good.

They helped me save my life. Alan the cli ic director and his nurse Nicole are awesome!!! I will be forever thankful for their help.
